Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched the same business day when placed before our fulfillment cutoff, and within 1 business day otherwise. Domestic (US) orders ship from our fulfillment center in New Jersey. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. International orders are shipped from our overseas fulfillment center.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping on all orders over $50 USD. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping zone.
Delivery Times
- Domestic (US): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- International: 6–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Transit may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
International Orders, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are determined by your local customs authority and collected by the carrier at or before delivery. They are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Address
- Lost packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@cloverandyoung.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier. Lost shipments are eligible for replacement or refund once confirmed.
- Damaged items: Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, email support@cloverandyoung.com within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement.
- Incorrect address: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment at additional cost.
